Cozy drive android: don't backup videos #2446
Comments
Hello @tdelmas Sorry for replying so late, I didn’t see the notification for your issue. Sending an email is probably a safer way to get a quick answer ;-) Regarding this issue, you're right, the application saves every media files in the default media folder of the phone. For the record, the current Drive mobile application is deprecated, we are working on a new one. We’ll take care of the issue in the new application. Thank you for reporting! |

On Android, the option "Backup images" (en Francais "Sauvegarde des images") backup Images and videos.
Maybe the text (or the translation) is wrong.
If it's the case, then please consider two separate options, one for images and another for video: the upload of large files is mostly buggy and when it's not necessary it's worse because until the video is uploaded, nothing else will be sent to the backup.
