Allow to change sync directory #1217

Description

I will great if we can change the sync directory without reinstalling the application.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected behavior

In the "Settings" menu, we should have a directory chooser compoment to choose an other directory

Actual behavior

No options allows to move the sync directory.

version: 3.9.0
