Ad size Fluid

Hi all, will there be support for ad unit size fluid?
When I put this value into data-dimensions the sizes of the iframe come out as NaN whereas using DFP tags they give width 100% and height 0

Let me know if there's a work around for this.

I would also like support for the 'fluid' ad size. Example:
