"Send Test Email" button modal not functioning in Transactional Email settings

Hello,

I noticed that while clicking the "Send Test Email" button in the Transactional Email settings opens a modal window, the "Send" button within this modal does not work. However, email sending works correctly in other parts of the application, specifically when sending invitations through the "Invite New Member" function or inside "notifications email" the sending button works.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure SMTP settings ONLY in "/settings/email" section
2. Do NOT configure SMTP in "/notifications/email" section
3. Try to use the "Send Test Email" button in "/settings/email" - it will not work

Note: If SMTP is configured in both "/notifications/email" AND "/settings/email", the test email button in "/settings/email" works correctly.

Current configuration:
SMTP Server: ssl0.ovh.net
Port: 465
Encryption: TLS/SSL

The SMTP settings appear to be correct since the member invitation functionality is working properly.

Add Discord into your root team's notification settings, then you'll see the errors there. Not sure why the error doesn't get logged into the container logs or anywhere on the file system.
The documentation is heavily lacking for this stuff.
