Improvement: Consider configuring examples so it runs out of the box

When testing coolify, I tried running the next example.

I ended up with /bin/bash: -c: option requires an argument because the package.json script is missing start. It seems to be the case for other examples as well.

Would it be possible to make it so every example projects can be run without fiddling with the files/config?
