Conventional file name format?

I see that the example .cook files generated by cook seed all have names like The Thing.cook, where words are title-cased and separated by spaces. As a command-line user, I'm used to instead naming files like the-thing.cook, in all lowercase with words separated by hyphens.

• Would the the-thing.cook format cause any problems integrating with the CookCLI ecosystem?

• Is the The Thing.cook format preferred/recommended/conventional in the CookCLI ecosystem? Should it perhaps be documented in the spec or elsewhere on cooklang.org?

It shouldn't really matter. That style is coming from days when we didn't have title metadata and apps will display recipe name as it was in file name. Note, that title metadata still not supported in some apps and file name is used.
