More info needed for parametrization

Hi, I am running speCluster. 
Could you perhpas provide more info as to how to parameterize the "spdep::dnearneigh" and "neighborMatrix" functions? what the different parameters exactly mean and what are their value ranges? I cannot find it in either the read me file or the associated paper. Thanks for your help
