This issue is discuss how to deal with how to report these different errors to the user.

Suggestion made during our last hangouts were:

come up with general recommendations vs. differentiate between "power" and "average" users ?
come up with UI mockups ?
or do we let the UI/client decide how to handle this and ignore this topic in this repo ?
