What is the idea?

The issue tracker hosted on this repository has fallen into a state a disrepair (i.e. currents stats only go to October 2022). This issue proposes a complete rewrite of this statistics dashboard based on my proposal here:

This issue will be used as the overarching epic for organizing this work.
