Cytoscape package corrupt on Windows

I'm trying to install cytoscape on Windows 11 using conda.

Starting from a fresh environment, I get the following error:

I'm not sure whether it is an issue with my setup.
I can install other packages fine, though. Also, I tried extracting the bz2 file, but Windows Explorer would yield errors on that one, where it would extract other archives in C:\\Users\\Public\\miniconda3\\pkgs just fine. So I think that actually the created package is faulty. The error also occurs for versions 3.10.1 and 3.9.1 of cytoscape.
