DLL Load Fails with pytables 3.6.1 and current version of conda (Windows) #67

The issue was raised here: PyTables/PyTables#824

Possibly related to blosc 1.20.1 at least downgrading to blosc 1.20.0 fixed the issue for me.

Sounds like an instance of what should be fixed with #61?

If so, removing all DLL files from {conda_path}\envs\{env_name}\Lib\site-packages\tables might suffice to take care of the problem.
