Somewhat related to #6182, though I feel this is a distinct problem.

Steps to reproduce

Create a pipeline with many, many jobs.
Navigate to the Concourse dashboard in your browser.

Expected results

Tiles do not overlap.

Actual results

Tiles overlap.
