Build Docker image from test success? #127

We could build a Docker image on tests passing, and push that to Docker Hub straightforwardly. Currently we don't bother with this, and just pull in an image with the dependencies, but the drift that occurred that meant the Docker image stopped working was because of this. We could avoid this in future with a bit of thought.
