Pythran support in the browser through xeus-cpp-lite

Hey @serge-sans-paille, Sylvain and I were interested in supporting pythran in the browser.

Now that xsimd has native support for wasm (and should work seamlessly through xeus-cpp-lite) we thought that showing some important acceleration in the browser compared to NumPy might be cool.
