Repository issues - Adding new files and Deleting existing files doesn't work

When I try to add a new file to this repository, I get an error message that states the file cannot be edited :

Conjointly, when I try to delete anything it provides another error:

I can't seem to troubleshoot the issue on my own after numerous suggestions from various online forums. Additionally, this only seems to be an issue with this specific repository of mine, every other repo allows me to do all these functions normally without issue. I cross-checked the settings between the two repositories and they are the same yet one remains problematic. Please let me know what I can do or if this is a common issue

Hi @SanadAtia1 i am no sure , but i think it's because of your commit massage just change your commit massage i guess it will work

Maybe open your repo in git and try to solve the problem from there..
