[storage/adb/any] unit test to exercise deleting non-existent key during replay

Currently there are no adb replay unit tests that exercise the path where log replay tries to delete a key that no longer exists (due to inactivity floor raising). We should add a unit test for this so that we're not tempted to treat this case as an error.
