Before March 2025, we want to have clear documentation on:

What needs to be done by the CCRP administrators when a new country joins the CCRP?
How do new members get the platform configured and ready for use?
How to do the initial database setup, import building footprints and import existing datasets.
What support is the Core Team able to offer with the initial setup?
