Easy way to generate timezone information

Usually, ics files should provide the timezone information for those timezones that are used.
icalendar could be very much able to add this information automatically. I wonder who has done some work on this and who would be interested in contributing this functionality.

How it would work:

• create a calendar, add an event with a timezone
• call calendar.generate_timezones()
• then, the timezone information will be included in the calendar file
