[BUG] Maintenance mode toggler not working as expected #650

Describe the bug
The Maintenance mode toggler in Org Settings isn't working as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Org Settings as Admin'
Click on 'Maintenance'
Click on ON/OFF toggler
Once try to click away while once clicking on the cancel button.

Expected behavior
It should not change to ON even if Yes was not pressed.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
Browser: Chrome
Version: Version 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional context
Checking how the click away listeners work may help to find the cause.
