Return search results for partial terms in "Organization name search"

The search results will only bring up entries for exact matches of organization names, not for partial searches. Example: Searching for "redw", "red*" in the "Organization name search" box returns no hits, only the full name "redwood" will bring up the entries.

Searches in the general search field will bring up hits on partial search terms, typing "redw" here does return the entries. It would be good to generalize this behavior to the "Organization name search" box as well.
