Some members of BetaNYC read these and thought that CfA's code of conduct was to forward and negative. The BetaNYC community re-wrote them and took a more positive spin. Check them out at https://github.com/BetaNYC/What-is-BetaNYC/blob/master/Code-of-Conduct.md
