Set up continuous integration

We should choose a service to set up CI at some point, once we have tests, and code 😄

Is this project still active? I can setup CI and possibly find somewhere to host it free for a little while. I went to Dartmouth and volunteer with another group (https://github.com/AgileVentures) and might be able to get a few people to help.

Hi @mattlindsey! Thanks for reaching out. This project has been dormant for a few months as I had to step back from leading it. I would love to see it revived although I think we probably would want to check in with Little Rivers Healthcare first to make sure they are still interested. The Code for UV group through which this project was initially arranged is still active, and if you are interested, I can try to connect you with the coordinators of that group. They have a Slack set up through The Space on Main in Bradford. They also have another project they are working on around internet access, which I think is a little more active, that you may be interested in too. Let me know if you'd like to be connected and I can try to make that happen!
