When setting up an external organization (ie. not the account of the main user)
A person gets redirected to the codecov application instead of the selfhosted application

Also have this issue. I opened an issue and pull request over in codecov/gazebo#2711

Whenever that change makes its way into the docker images you'll be able to use the CODECOV_GITHUB_APP environment variable.
