Hover Effect Missing in Light Mode

Description:
The hover effect for menu options is present in dark mode but is missing in light mode

Steps to Reproduce:

go to the https://app.100xdevs.com
Switch to dark mode and click the profile icon hover over it.
Observe the hover effect.
Switch to light mode and click the profile icon hover over it.
Notice that there is no hover effect in light mode.
