[TCE-994] Coverage report not uploaded to codacy.com, error with SLF4j

The coverage report doesn't seem to be uploaded to the project dashboard https://app.codacy.com/gh/pika-org/pika/coverage/dashboard. In addition I have errors on codacy.com saying that the api could not be reached. In anything happening on your servers? Thank you in advance for the help.
