Add a file named ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md which includes general information and guidelines for issue reporter, you can see ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md of coalafor reference.

@charugupta07 This issue is reserved for gci students, if you want to contribute to coala please go through the newcomers guide it will help you know everything you need to know for contributing. Also please look for issues which are not labelled initiatives/gci

Nope I don't think so, currently corobo is down so ask maintainers on gitter to get assigned on the issue.
