I have a basic question, is this tool not suitable for quality assessment of the bins generated from the individual assembly of individual samples and not from the co-assembly of many samples?

Hi @saras224,
You can run DAS Tool on both types of assemblies.
Which assembly strategy will lead to better results depends on factors like type, complexity, and sequencing effort of your samples. Based on my experience individual assemblies usually result in more high quality bins compared to co-assemblies.
