Hi,

I just noticed that there are several duplicated contigs in sample.human.gut_metabat_contigs2bin.tsv file.

Example contig name: Ley3_66761_scaffold_8, Ley3_66761_scaffold_215

May I ask whether this represents a special case where metabat may put one contig into two different bins ?
