Missing documentation of a minimal, working implementation.

Expected Behavior

A working, clear, and concise example of how to use this module along with others (ie vpc/subnet/alb) with no references to undefined variables. There are 139 variables as of this issue. The descriptions can only help those people that have experience putting together a solution. People new to ECS will be very confused as to all of the options. For example, I do see the existing examples/ and have no understanding of the "authentication" references.

Perhaps also have more examples that describe what the alb_target_group_alarms_* are for or how to use the autoscaling_* variables.
