We are currently eirinix's name for instance-index-env-inkector's MutatingWebhookConfiguration. This was done to maintain backward compatibility when we ported our webhook away from eirinix. Given we don't need to be backwards compatible in eirini-controller, we can finally rename it to something sensible.
