[Bug] Rename old URLs to the new one

What happened

Now our old Cloudberry org has been renamed and the gp-common-go-libs for Cloudberry also have migrated to ASF. So we need to update the outdated URLs.

Eg:

• github.com/cloudberrydb/cbcopy/ ~> github.com/cloudberry-contrib/cbcopy/
• github.com/greenplum-db/gp-common-go-libs/ ~> https://github.com/apache/cloudberry-go-libs/
