Describe the bug
AdditionalMetaData columns can be added to both the subject and specimen inputs. If it happens that an additional column X is added to both subject and specimen, it will not be caught by the input validator. It will then appear to upload correctly, but uploading will halt at the joining tables step.

Solution
Add a validation check to cover this
