Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Studies directory is getting cluttered, and having study dir names always include username is confusing.

Describe the solution you'd like
Restructure directory so that studies dir in mmeds_server_data on minerva contains directories of users, with each directory containing each user's studies. This will mean the study names don't have to have the username in them while also being clear what user generated them.
