Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our analysis tools (LEfSe, PiCRUSt2, etc.) have some limitations that require we go in and make manual changes to the job to get more specific results.

Describe the solution you'd like
More and better options for these tools, including:

  • Always allow to choose a different OTU table (preferably even one not standardly generated)
  • Allow for more options (-nh in LEfSe, mc for CUTIE, etc)
  • Always allow modifications to walltime and memory allotment.
  • Allow option for no zip file generation at the end.

Additional context
Some of this is also covered in #438 and #406
