slow swupd to install packages

Hello,
I live in Brazil, and I have problems downloading packages via swupd, or downloading packages via "swupd bundle-add" is very slow.

Is there any way to change the mirror or what resource picks up the packages ...?

To try to investigate if your problems is related to swupd, can you give me more information about the problem? How slow is the download? And can you complete it or it fails?

Yes, my internet is 60Mbs, I can download any other Linux download, at full speed, just Clear Linux which is still slow ... Just below, I made a video of the download you requested:
