Diagnostics

The vscode-shellcheck extension runs shellcheck to provide diagnostics.

Likewise, this extension should run namcap and use its output to provide additional diagnostics.

Quick fixes

Namcap diagnostics should incorporate quick fixes where it makes sense. For example, if it diagnoses a warning that a Maintainer directive is missing, the extension would offer to add a relevant snippet as a quick fix.
