Doesn't work with Vimium chrome extension

Go to options, then enter the following in "Custom key mappings":

unmap <C-D-v>

Note: This is for cmd + ctrl + v keybinding.

@hasahmed I use stock Vimium on Chrome and I've never encountered issues. Could this be because of custom keybindings you have? If it happens for all Vimium users by default, I'd be fine adding a documentation section about this workaround.

I faced similar issue with the extension "Colorzilla". So I learn that if it doesn't work, try to turn off all extensions, and then re-enable them one by one.
