OCR is not being triggered / is not working at all.

Description
OCR does not seem to work at all. All documents have OCR status unknown.

Expected
OCR should trigger for newly uploaded documents, or by manually triggering it in the web-ui.

Actual
All documents have OCR indicator set to unknown. The OCR trigger is set to automatic in my preferences, but newly uploaded documents are not being OCRed, neither when uploaded manually nor via the REST-API. I also can't trigger OCR in the web-ui.

Info:

• OS: Debian GNU/Linux 11 (Docker container running on QNAP NAS)
• Browser: Vivaldi
• Database: default
• Papermerge Version: Backend version: 2.1.8, Frontend version: 2.1.2 (latest docker image)
