[Feature] Azure Active Directory

Summary:

As a Citrix Cloud devops, I would like to be able to manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID) as an identity provider through Terraform, similar to the existing SAML 2.0, Google, and Okta integration.
Is this an enhancement to an existing resource or data source, if so which one?

This is a new resource type that would be similar to the existing citrix_cloud_saml_identity_provider, but specifically optimized for Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID integration.
If this is a new resource or data source describe what it should do.

The EntraID integration is a bit trickier than the others since it currently involves a UI to redirect to Azure so we can create the Citrix Cloud service principal in your EntraID.

The backend will need to support adding an EntraID with an existing service principal before we can take this up in the provider. Please open an RFE with your Citrix rep if this is really important to your flow!
