Issue description

Implement design in Figma:

Design link (please check annotations/comments for more details)
Prototype link (shows how "Upcoming .gov events" link in homepage goes to events page in About section)

Acceptance criteria

  • Edit "Learn about .gov domains" section home page
  • Create new "Events" page in About section
    • Update navigation menu on the top left of page
      • Replace ".Gov data" with "Data"
      • Replace ".Gov product updates" with "Product updates"
      • Add "Events" page
    • Add content to page as provided in Figma design (please check annotations/comments for more details)

"refinement" label was added for Alysia to review the design. Since the scope and ACs are fine, I am removing it. We can review this ticket during upcoming refinement meeting.
