Hubble UI: Service Mesh not showing properly. #592

Hi Team,

I tried to setup https://github.com/vmwarecloudadvocacy/acme_fitness_demo on minikube and wanted to see service mesh.

But, on Hubble UI, the service mesh is not coming up properly.

Hubble UI shows the app label instead of the service name which makes it harder to see service-to-service communication.
