  1. Create a custom tap (a new repo under github.com/chronicle-app)
  2. Add a chronicle-etl.rb formula that download the gem

The tool would become installable with brew install chronicle-app/etl/chronicle-etl

This works now but needs more testing.

Also, since GEM_HOME is set to /opt/homebrew/Cellar/chronicle-etl/0.5.1/gems, every time you brew upgrade chronicle-etl, the plugins a user installed will need reinstalling. This needs some thought (perhaps the CLI could track its own version, detect an upgrade, and reinstall missing plugins)
