Thoughts on echoing Vulcan status on the page title? 

It could start as . 
"Revision r52654 Building" 

When it is idle . 
"Revision r52654 Failed" 
"Revision r52654 Success" 

When it starts a new one . 
"Revision r52655 Building" 

This allows me to test on another tab instead of clicking back and forth to
check the state of Vulcan.
