[Bug]: Difficult to schedule time slots on days where timezones change (Daylight Savings)

What happened?

Running Tunarr out of a Docker container on Ubuntu Server 24.04.3. When adding or editing a time slot, the dialog jumps to a different number -1 than the one I entered. So, when trying to enter "10" the number "09" appears. Also, editing AM or PM can cause all other values in the Start Time dialog box to change.

I think this could be related to DST ending today in the US and would make the bug specific to today. the library we use for dates is fairly well-known for not handling DST well... but there is also probably a better way for Tunarr to handle time inputs. An exacerbating factor is the fact that the time inputs we're using from MUI-X do not support just time, but rather a date-time.

This is what I think is happening. These inputs show their value based off an "offset" from the current day's midnight. I can reproduce a simple case when I type "7" and it shows up as "6". What is happening is that we extract the hours from the input (7) and then add it back to the "midnight today"; this calculation seems to end up subtracting an hour (DST ending this morning) and showing as "6" in the UI.

Let me mess around with this to see if it's simple to make more resilient. My guess is that the issue will go away tomorrow.

It appears you were partially correct: the bug is gone as of yesterday evening, so long as I don't include Sunday in any scheduling or planning. Doing that triggers the bug. November 1 2025 is a cursed day apparently.

I'm going to reopen this since I do think it's a real bug and the UX can be improved here, at least for choosing the slot times. Scheduling across timezone changes midday due to DST is another, more complicated story. But yes I think there will be a bit of "fallout" time while we move past DST
