It might help to have troubleshooting or FAQs in the docs so users can troubleshoot on their own. That or useful debug logging so a user can debug on their own. There is nothing in docs about these errors or any gotchas or common issues after first set-up. Im going to abandon this software for the time being as there isnt much to help someone get things going. |

This seems to be a transcoding error but I cant figure it out. Ive tried the software transcoding and CUDA backed transcoding.
With the software transcoding, i get the 'Can't tune channel' message and with the CUDA backed transcoding, I get the 'Channel Offline' placeholder video.
Ive tried changing the network and direct play settings without success. Not too sure what else I can do. Debug logging is on for tunarr and ffmpeg but I cant see a clear error in the logs to pinpoint what the issue may be:
software transcode channel tunarr debug logs:
ffmpeg-report-channel-1-concat-20250921-120850.log
ffmpeg-report-channel-1-transcode-20250921-120851.log
CUDA transcode channel logs
ffmpeg-error-log-channel-2-concat-1758475639435.log
ffmpeg-report-channel-2-transcode-20250921-121730.log
ffmpeg-report-channel-2-concat-20250921-121730.log
