how to disable Top Swipe and Bottom Swipe ?

currently, the card can swipe down or swipe up to remove. So i want to disable swipe down or up. Just keeping swipe left or right.

I also kinda needed this feature. Basically, swiping up or down would not trigger next card, the card would simply bounce back in place.
