Like the eui or joineu filter, would it be possible to integrate a blacklist filter to eliminate deveui of objects that pollute the network and use the mqtt server for nothing.

Is there a real use-case for such feature? When you speak about "pollute the network", what is the overhead you are experiencing? Note that the DevEUI / JoinEUI filter is only effective for OTAA join-requests, all other data is handled by the DevAddr prefix filter.
I have some unknown device ( not my network ) EUI that send join request every second on eu868.
This représent some data to trash ( lte network with few data )
But I will try an inclusive deveui filter instead.
