Seperate seeker function from like/rt logic
create models for categories for filtering
store models on ipfs
get models when you wake up
keep a working memory of tagged tweets
pull a list of different model categories to filter for

Training

dump and train before sleep cycle
update the model from working memory
save to ipfs
