Description

Release schedule documentation, which resides in this repository, is out of date. It says

Generally Available Release Schedule
Minor releases: 2nd week of each month
Major releases: Once a year in April

But looking at the actual releases of, for example, Chef Infra Client, shows that there aren't minor releases each month, nor major releases in April of each year (last major release of Chef Infra Client 18 was October 2022)

Maybe best to just remove that part of the documentation.

Thanks. I'm going through and tagging with the anticipated release version for the time being so that it doesn't escape mention.
