Make deliverable countries easily available with product information

It would be useful to be able to display the countries that a product can ship to on a product page, before the checkout and even before adding an item to the cart. Right now the product has the zone IDs that are enabled, but to fetch information about the zone you'll need to use a checkout helper or make a request to the zones API that requires a secret key.
